Our Story and Philosophy

Mauro was an account executive and his wife, Rose, worked for a media company. Both had backgrounds in baking that they had never really explored, but in November of 2006, they decided to drop their jobs and give bread, pizza and cakes a try.

Euro Harvest began as a tiny bread supplier in Aurora, Ont. When Mauro and Rose purchased the store as their first step into the business, they had bigger plans for the small place. Eventually moving from Aurora to a larger industrial location in Bolton, Ont., Euro Harvest began to blossom as grocers selected the bakery to supply them with their artisanal breads.

In 2013, Rose and Mauro took their most significant step yet: they tacked on a retail element to their passion, opening a storefront in Vaughan to cater not only to the grocery companies that had come to trust their quality product, but to the people of Vaughan, who Rose and Mauro felt deserved an arrangement of fresh, preservative-free baked goods to serve to their loved ones.

Since opening their doors in Woodbridge in 2013, Euro Harvest has quickly become a favourite in the Vaughan community, and their popularity only continues to grow as their menus expand. A strong and experienced staff bakes goods in-house every morning, ensuring fresh, wholesome products for their customers. From breads to cakes and beyond, Euro Harvest is thrilled to be Vaughan’s source for authentic Italian baked goods!
